Conduct a SWOT analysis of the organisation and identify the company’s key quality strengths vs weaknesses including opportunities and threats.
2.0 Rationale for adopting TQM
Following the SWOT analysis above, give a rationale/justification for the adoption of TQM in the organisation, showing how this could help the organisation achieve competitiveness. Discuss the company’s leadership and how this influences quality and links to TQM
Does the company already implement ISO9000 or any other quality management system?
If so, how is this helping the organisation’s competitiveness?
If not, how could implementation of ISO9000 help improve the company’s prospects? Implementation of a quality management system (e.g. ISO 9000) should be discussed in relation to TQM.

3.0 Analysis of the chosen organization
Discuss the chosen organization in terms of leadership, dealing with employees, organizational culture, ethics, supplier relationship management, customer satisfaction,
– Mechanisms developed by the company that focus on their adoption of one or different philosophies and their impact on their success.
– Leadership factors that are critical for success of quality program in the company.
– A description of the culture adopted by the company and its appropriateness to the quality system.
– Policies adopted by the company in order to operate ethically, the role of managers in that respect, and relevance of ethics to quality management.
– Policies adopted by the company in order to achieve a motivated workforce and to find its employees’ needs.
– Mechanisms adopted by the company to detect customers’ changing needs on a continuous basis.
– Mechanisms adopted by the company to build partnerships in order to continuously improve quality.

4.0 Implementation plan with justification
This section should include a plan to improve quality. If the chosen company/organization has already implemented some level of quality, the description of the existing quality processes should be included in addition to the plan for improvement.

The report should be between 2000-2500 words and in APA format.
